Today has been a really good day, mostly because I went to Target and picked up two new books, both recommended by the wonderful John Green: Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs and The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith (Target didn’t have The Art of Fielding, but I will continue my search). I’m almost finished with Cat’s Cradle but I have that anxious feeling I get every time I buy a new book where I just want to read the next book that falls into my lap and I end up reading three books at once (which is what happened today). And the elder cashier lady at Target had a Dr. Seuss “Read Across America” t-shirt and she asked me what books I liked and she was so sweet. I’ll probably be skipping out on my homework tonight to read, oh well. Hope you all are well and happy reading everyone!
